• Required Procedures: Intubation, Central lines for emergencies.

• No. of Beds: 22

• EMR: Meditech

• Other Info: Facility has no ICU however prefer providers w/ a minimum skill set to intubate and central line placement for emergencies.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WV License

• BC/BE (IM/FM; If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency)

• Procedural Logs within the past 12 mos for Central Lines, Intubations & Vents

• COVID vaccination proof

• BLS/ACLS/NRP

• Clean record
