Hospitalist Physician

Savannah, Georgia - Hospitalist Physician Opportunity Clinical Role:

•  Experienced physicians 1+ year only
•  The team comprises 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team.
•  Clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who lean on and learn from each other in their approach to patient care.
•  Team-oriented approach with other hospital department leaders and managers who are eager to offer help to assist
•  Value providers who are team players and are comfortable leading a treatment team for each patient.
•  Established tertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surrounding counties and across state lines.
•  Day and swing admitters, as well as dedicated nocturnists.
•  There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes.
•  The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group.
•  Procedures not required; however, we are welcome to maintain privileges.
•  We're looking for board-certified/eligible internal medicine and family medicine candidates.
•  EMR is Epic, and access to internal informatics platform
•  Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shift and $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold. Quality and productivity incentives offered.
