Job Title: OB Hospitalist/Laborist

Join our dedicated team in Langhorne, PA.
We are looking for a part-time OB Hospitalist/Laborist to provide exceptional care in our state-of-the-art facility, part of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic network. Located in the vibrant community of Langhorne, our practice offers a comprehensive range of services for expectant mothers, including high-risk pregnancy management, specialized neonatal care, and a highly experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee medical care for the Labor and Delivery and Post Partum Units to ensure the safety of maternity patients.
  • Work a schedule of .6 FTE, equating to 24 hours per week (two 12-hour shifts).
  • Deliver a full range of prenatal healthcare services, including genetic testing and perinatal assessments.
  • Manage high-risk pregnancies and provide 24/7 onsite obstetric care for women in labor.
  • Facilitate personalized birthing plans and support throughout the delivery process, including postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with pediatric specialists from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia available in the NICU.
  • Support personalized breastfeeding education and lactation consulting services.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in OB/GYN.
  • Must have a current Pennsylvania medical license or be willing to obtain one.
  • NCC certification in fetal monitoring, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certification in OB/GYN (Required).
  • Current PA medical license or intent to obtain (Required).
  • NCC certification in fetal monitoring within 6 months of hire (Required).
