Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical case reviews, share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
• Represent TeamHealth in engaging, establishing, and maintaining relationships within the community
• Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives
• Develop intervention plans, and share ideas about network and risk management issues
• Work alongside pharmacists on medication management
• Implement an individualized patient care plans
• Timely response in chart completions and pharmacy recommendations
• Provide oversight and mentorship to our clinicians in the area Experience as a medical director in a skilled nursing facility preferred. However, clinicians who are board certified and experienced in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family medicine(FM), primary care, internal medicine (IM), emergency medicine (EM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, urgent care, and hospital medicine (HM).
Our compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $319,688 to $383,625 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Additional signing bonus available.
