- 15 shifts /180 hours / month in a flexible schedule
- Additional shifts available at 175/hour
- 3 Hospitalists on during the day
- Average patient load of 12-15, rotating admissions follow patients from admission to discharge.
- 1 Hospitalist on at night
- No APPs to supervise
- Option to mentor FM Residents and Med Students
- Days and nights needed
- Open ICU, procedures optional EICU coming in early 2024 with 24/7 tele-support from BC Critical Care Intensivists, vital signs monitored, etc.
- Specialty support: Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Nephrology, part time Pulmonology, part-time Hem/Onc.
Adding: Family Med, Internal Med or Med Peds
Benefits:
300k base salary plus 50k annual quality
