Our client located on the beautiful Oregon Coast is in need of a full time Primary Care/Hospitalist Hybrid physician. This is a unique position doing outpatient PC 4 days a week with 1:5 Hospital Medicine coverage rotation. Hospital coverage is a round and go model, presence from 7 am to between 12-3 pm depending on Hospital census, with call coverage till 7 pm. High earnings, wRVU's, quality bonus, retirement employer match of 7%, and much more. J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome.
Guaranteed Salary Base of $340K. $20K Quality Bonus Potential. $55.00 Per wRVU Over 3200 wRVU's Annually- Clinic Production Only. Not-For-Profit Organization. 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital- 17 Beds in Service. $350K Life Insurance Policy- At No Cost. Retirement Match Up To 7.5% .
