Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
  • Hospitalist/Nocturnist experience preferred

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

  • Your schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off.
  • The hours are 7 am to 7 pm (day rounding shift) and 9am to 9pm (swing admitting shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivist coverage 24/7. No procedures required.
  • Day Hospitalist responsibilities include rounding and discharging 16 to 18 pts/shift. When on the swing shift, you will handle admissions.
  • Our hospitalist team is part of the rapid response team with intensivist support. No code responsibility there is a code blue team.
  • Excellent subspecialty support
  • Our team meets frequently to relay key information from administration, discuss group operations, and for general feedback.
  • We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
  • We use EPIC EMR and have access to our own internal informatics platform.

  • Compensation: Expected annual compensation for a full-time Hospitalist is between $275k- $295k, which is comprised of a base salary plus incentives
