Hospitalist Physician

Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center is looking for a locum Hospitalist Oncology to fill a need.

DETAILS:
•  Practice Setting: Inpatient rounding, admitting, consulting
•  Start month (with credentialing): May 2025
•  Shift hours: 8 am 5 pm (no call)
•  Patient Population for Required Coverage: Inpatient Oncology unit both oncology and hematology patients
•  Support staff - Do APPs Provide Coverage: No, although outpatient Oncologists available for any support or questions.
•  Inpatient coverage
•  Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No
•  Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
•  Locum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication.
•  90-day credentialing timeframe Submission Requirements
•  Board Certified Medical Oncology OR Medical Oncology/Hematology -(can no longer consider IM with experience)
•  ID license in hand
•  CSR, DEA, BLS
•  Provide Availability
•  Clean background/malpractice
•  Local, no flights
•  Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility About the Facility
