•   Coverage needed is needed for inpatient hospital admitting
•   Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
•   Bread & butter Hospital Medicine APP experience
•   No procedures required, no codes or RRTs. Includes rounding and admitting
•   Number of Beds: 329
•   Level II Trauma Center
•   EMR: Epic
•   Patient Population: >18 years; Medicare, & Private Payors
•   Average of Cases Per Day: Approx. 8 Patients
•   Support Staff: Full MD/DO Support; RN & Techs
•   Number of Physicians/APPs in Dept.: 27 Physicians and 7 APPs
•   IL Licensed PA is required; however, an exception may be made for an APRN (possibly considered, but MUST HAVE Acute Care Certification and direct patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last year)
•   IL CSR/DEA Required
•   PA-C - Highly Preferred
•   NP-APRN - Welcome
•   BLS Required
