Hospitalist Directorship Opportunity in New Hampshire's Stunning Lakes Region, Leadership Available. Join a thriving and well-supported hospitalist team in one of New England's most picturesque locations. Position Highlights: Flexible Schedule: 7-on, 7-off daytime shifts (7 AM - 7 PM).
No Overnight Coverage Required. A tele-nocturnist handles admissions and overnight issues.
Evening Support for Admissions: After5 PM tele-hospitalist(Monday - Friday) helps with admissions so you can wrap up your day smoothly, what a luxury.
Manageable Patient Load: Average 13 daily encounters, with volume ranging from 4-5 patients on lighter days to upper teens on busier ones.
Minimal ICU Responsibility: Only two step-down level ICU beds, with sickest patients transferred out. No procedures required'ED & anesthesia handle intubations. Occasional basic vent management.
Competitive Compensation: $160/hour ($350K per year) plus a $30K annual FMD stipend for the Director role.
