CNRV anchors a medical/surgical complex that includes a 146-bed hospital with more than 50 specialty physicians and services, such as a Heart and Vascular Center, The Birthplace and a Level III trauma center.
Practice Highlights:
- 7 on 7 off flexible scheduling; 182 shifts annually
- Average patient load of 16 with established backup plans
- Physician designed geographic rounding with an admitter
- Open ICU with intensivist backup 24 hours
- EMR ( EPIC)
- Opportunity to moonlight at other Carilion hospitals
- Nocturnist opportunity with additional incentives
