Reporting to the hospital s Administrative Director of Operations, the Hospital Lab Manager Blood Bank, will be supported by a Laboratory Supervisor, and lead a team Medical Laboratory Techs and Labor Support Techs across all laboratory specialties. The Hospital Lab Manager Blood Bank is accountable for managing day to day operations of the department, assisting with new-hire education, managing budgets, improving processes to increase efficiency, updating policy procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
