Hospital Automation Specialist - Remote (Baltimore, MD Area)

Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $205,000

This remote position (Baltimore-area required) offers the opportunity to lead technology adoption efforts in hospitals, working alongside clinical and sales professionals to implement solutions like patient monitoring systems, and clinical alarm management platforms.


What You'll Do

  • Lead sales initiatives for hospital automation technologies in collaboration with territory managers and clinical teams.
  • Present the clinical, operational, and financial impact of automation and connectivity solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline for patient monitoring technologies.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on alarm management, data integration, and connectivity.
  • Support pre-sale technical discussions and post-sale implementation efforts.
  • Document and maintain key account data within CRM tools.
  • Attend and support trade shows, regional meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Travel 60% to support client sites and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Required Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, informatics, clinical engineering, or health IT.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with both IT and clinical stakeholders.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships and delivering consultative sales support.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, hospital IT infrastructure, or clinical device integration preferred.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort navigating the health IT sales cycle.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
