Hospice RN

Seeking a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to manage and provide quality patient care in northwestern Albermarle, Augusta, Greene, and Madison counties.
•  Responsibilities include patient evaluations, ongoing assessments, collaboration with physicians, EMR documentation, and coordinating care.
•  Candidates must have a VA RN license, nursing degree, two years of experience (preferred), driver's license, and insured vehicle.
•  Position involves travel, direct patient handling, computer use, and requires physical and emotional resilience.
