Hospice RN

Seeking a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, quality end-of-life care while managing patient cases in northeastern Albermarle, Orange, and Louisa counties.

•  Responsibilities: Conduct nursing evaluations for new admissions, ongoing assessments, collaborate with physicians, complete EMR documentation, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support patient dignity and comfort.

•  Requirements: RN license in Virginia, nursing degree, two years' experience preferred, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
