Hospice RN

Join our full-time team as a Hospice Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care to patients primarily in northeastern Albermarle, Orange, and Louisa counties.

•  Responsibilities include conducting new patient evaluations, ongoing needs assessments, collaborating with physicians, documenting via EMR, and coordinating care with health team members.

•  Qualifications: RN license in Virginia, graduate of an accredited nursing program, with preferred two years of experience. Must have a driver s license, personal vehicle, and insurance.

•  Work involves driving long distances, physical activity, and computer use, requiring up to 20 pounds lifting and the ability to push a wheelchair.
