The Palliative Care locum tenens opportunity south of Portland, OR .
-Duration: Starting in August and on-going
-Shift: Monday- Friday
-Schedule: 8a- 6:30p (Multidisciplinary huddle 30 minutes per day)
-Patients: All adults, hospital based, inpatient services
-Scope: Consultative, Initial HNP, adjust living and quality of life, create patient plans, medication management, system management
-Group: Nurse Practitioners, Registered nurses, social workers, chaplains
-Hospital: 454 beds, Level II trauma, 350K service, 500 physician on staff
-Required: Board certified in Palliative, 2+years of experience
-May consider those without Oregon license
