Seeking a board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine Physician to expand current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services in west Georgia.
- Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker and help us develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow the Palliative Care services.
- Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program.
- Monday Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)
- Relocation and full benefits package.
- $250K guarantee with additional medical director earnings available plus $50K sign on/$50 start date incentives, relocation and full benefits package.
