- Prognosis symptom management, family meetings, and collaboration with other providers

• Support Staff: 2MDs, 1APP, RN, Admin

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WA license

• BC

• DEA

• Clean background

• Local provider is highly preferred

• COVID Vaccinated
