Join a team with a Medical Director, collaborating physician and 2 other NPs focused on the palliative care division at the hospital This role would be primarily in the inpatient consult service, unless someone desires to do work in outpatient or community coverage Monday-Friday schedule, open to customizing 8:30-4:30, 9-5 or 10-6 No in person weekends or overnights needed, only a call rotation via phone approx every 5-6 weeks (rarely ever get called - they accept no consults, no prescription refills over weekends) Hospital could get anywhere from 0-10 consults in a day, most of the time each provider taking between 2-4 care meetings handling discussions of care plans Company has extremely supportive culture, including a weekly 1-hr wellness meeting for the group to speak, share experiences and meditate Date Posted: 02 May 2025
