Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of fellowship training, from clinical supervision to program management, ensuring fellows develop the skills necessary to become future leaders in Hospice and Palliative Care.
- Collaborative Program Management: Work alongside faculty and, when applicable, Associate Program Directors to develop an innovative curriculum and foster a nurturing educational environment.
- Lead by Example: Balance clinical expertise with program leadership, ensuring the highest quality of compassionate care and educational excellence.
What You Bring:
- At least five years of active participation as an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency or Hospice/Palliative Care fellowship faculty member.
- Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
- Strong administrative and leadership skills, with a track record of collaboration and innovation in educational settings.
