Assisted is looking for a Hospice Liaison/ Sales Rep in Phoenix to help us grow the assigned territory.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $90,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. There is also an uncapped commission structure for this position in addition the base salary.
We offer $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Who you are: - At least 1 year of outside sales experience
- Hospice, home health, home care, or DME experience is preferred.
- Self-driven independent multi-tasker with outstanding customer service skills
What you will do: - You will have a unique opportunity to help to grow our business and impact the bottom line.
- You will be responsible for identifying appropriate accounts/patients through review and consultation with health care professionals to assist in securing appropriate services and follow-up support.
- You will help to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with other professionals within the hospital, long term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices and others in the community.
