Tranquil Care Hospice is now hiring a
Community Relations Liaison to be the newest member of our awesome team. This position covers hospice in the SGV and South Bay.

As the Community Relations Liaison at our hospice agency, you will spearhead comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies aimed at enhancing community outreach and increasing patient referrals. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating these initiatives while cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Utilizing your in-depth understanding of healthcare reimbursement and hospice operations, you will drive direct outreach efforts, deliver impactful presentations, and ensure the visibility of our compassionate end-of-life care services. Your leadership will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to patient-centered care and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and integrity.
Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in communication strategies, media relations, and community engagement within the hospice sector.
- Ability to conduct effective sales calls, organize public outreach events, and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining successful marketing and public relations programs.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and regulations pertinent to hospice care.
- Familiarity with hospice practices, procedures, terminology, and legal guidelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in home health, hospice or palliative care marketing or relations required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
