Hoover dealership. As an Office Admin, you'll play a key role in supporting various accounting and document management tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities include: - Scanning and indexing documents
- Logging vehicle keys
- Recording daily departmental receipts
- Breaking down deals
We're looking for someone with strong data entry skills who is comfortable using
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A positive attitude and a team-first mindset are a must.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
