Description of the Role: Welcome to Route 128 Honda, where we are currently seeking a Honda Sales Consultant to join our team in Reading, MA. As a Honda Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting and test driving Honda vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profit.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Benefits:- Competitive compensation ranging from $85,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year.
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
