Job Summary: As a Home Care Specialist, you'll be the architect of our growth in your market. You'll be tasked with identifying uncharted opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Your primary mission will be to spearhead the expansion of Greenstaff Homecare by leveraging your expertise in client acquisition, research, planning, and ultimately, delivering a world-class homecare experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in Strategic Exploration: Diligently pursue promising referral sources, skilfully cultivating robust relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Harness the Potential of Your Established Network: Leverage your extensive roster of contacts and professional affiliations as strategic resources, effectively establishing a consistent influx of revenue and clientele. Your adeptness in building rapport with influential decision-makers will prove indispensable to achieving your objectives.
- Strategize and Plan: Analyze market trends, assess competitors, and create innovative business development strategies that align with Greenstaff's goals. Your insight will shape our go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure an exceptional homecare experience from beginning to end.
- Community Outreach: Collaborating with the Community Outreach team, you may from time to time facilitate assessments, extending Greenstaff Homecare's reach and impact within the community.
Qualifications:
- Hold a university degree preferred, in fields such as Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy, Hospitality.
- Demonstrate a track record of over 2 years in business development within sectors such as in-home care, senior living, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and senior healthcare, or hospitality.
