The Billing Specialist, is a key member in our Home Services and Accounts Payable teams, providing essential administrative and bookkeeping assistance. In collaboration with the Accounts Payable Specialist, the Billing Specialist handles all communication related to invoices and incoming bills, ensuring our financial records are balanced and accurate.
Essential Job Duties:

Verify and perform initial reviews on vendors' legitimacy, including obtaining contracts or agreements, invoices, and other supporting documents

Perform billing duties by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices from the Home Services department to the Accounting team

Collaborate internally and externally to obtain necessary information, ensuring all supporting documents are tracked and stored in an organized manner

Assist with month-end AP accrual procedures by preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred

Fluency with Excel formulas and functions

Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $26.89 - $35.50 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
