Our client is recruiting for a Home Manager to lead their team in a Childrens Home located in Stoke-on-Trent.

This role will involve working with young adults in a supported living setting and experience working with OFSTED is high advantageous. The provider deals with young adult ranging from 16yrs old to 25 years old in this social care setting in Stoke-on-Trent (you will be within a commutable distance of the facility) and we would really welcome applications from Senior Support Workers for this role.
As the Home Manager the successful candidate will be:
- Leading staff teams
- Providing a safe environment for young people
- Be able to work on shift (working 2 on 4 off which include sleep ins and you will be working some weekends)
- A driver with access to their own transport
- Experienced in working with adults and young people in a supported living environment
You will ideally have a level 2 or 3 in Children and Young People and have experience in working within learning disabilities or mental health and also have experience with CQC and OFSTED inspections.
The Home Manager in this position with play a vital role and expected to commit to additional training to strengthen the provision.
In return the client is paying 36,000- 43,500 with excellent pension, free food on-site and other store discount.
