Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and personable individual to support both sales and operations. In this hybrid role, you'll handle inbound inquiries, estimate project costs, schedule jobs, and support day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the owner and lead craftsman, playing a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.


This is primarily a remote position, but you must be located near Sandy, Utah, and available for a weekly in-person team meeting ( 1 hour/week).


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all lead sources (calls, emails, messages); follow up regularly
  • Interact with customers to understand needs, present services, and book appointments
  • Manage the craftsmen's schedules and job calendar
  • Create and send estimates for smaller handyman jobs; escalate complex projects as needed
  • Send invoices upon job completion and support basic financial tracking
  • Maintain accurate records, client communications, and job documentation
  • Track project budgets, costs, and change orders
  • Assist the owner with managing day-to-day operations, team coordination, and customer success

Base Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and sales abilities
  • Familiarity with home improvement trades and pricing
  • Positive, professional demeanor that builds client trust
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort using technology tools (email, scheduling, CRM, etc.)
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with homeowners on residential construction projects
  • Knowledge of local building codes and permitting (a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or project management tools
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online or other bookkeeping systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $20-$30, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses
