Home Hospice LPN

Immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care.

•  Responsibilities include direct patient care, implementing care plans, patient and family education, coordinating services, managing pain and symptoms, and engaging in quality improvement.

•  Requirements: graduate of an accredited nursing program, at least 1 year of nursing experience, active LPN/LVN license, CPR certified, strong communication and organization skills, valid driver s license, and a passion for hospice care.

•  Benefits include a salary of $48,000 $54,000, full-time position, flexible schedules, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), company car or mileage reimbursement, life insurance, and ongoing training.
