Monthly Commission Plan
Position Summary:
- The Account Executive is responsible for successfully marketing to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, ALF's (Assisted Living Facilities) and various communities and organizations to achieve the Company's financial and market share goals.
- Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about healthcare services provided by the Company.
- Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff.
- Continually prospect for new account, as well as maintain current accounts, and comply with all sales related policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) to three (3) years of home care or healthcare experience preferred, with proven success in sales a plus.
- Understanding of health care services strongly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively and independently with all levels of clinical and administrative staff.
- Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
- Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required.
- 100% local travel required.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or equivalent, preferred.
