Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our home care team in Lincoln, NE.
The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination of the client care processes to clients in a home setting and identifying the client's strengths and assists the clients in maximizing independence.

What are my responsibilities?

• Assist with program development within the clinical and therapy departments to enhance current services, budget and goal development for programs.

• Assist with the selection and onboarding of new team members.

• Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure of agency personnel.

• Assists with the establishment, monitoring and maintenance of a clinical documentation system that makes evident client/family needs, interventions and progress in accordance with clinical, quality and agency policy.

• Conducts regular team conferences with all Home Care/Rehab disciplines to promote information exchange, determine care assignments and to promote integration of care plan.

• Augments field needs where warranted and anticipates team member change in status and potential shortage situations while proactively communicating to the Director of Operations/Administrator to improve staffing to continue to meet client's needs.
What do I need to be considered?

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

• At least two years' experience within a home health agency.

• Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse.
