Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to see patients in Bastrop County, TX and surrounding area.

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week guaranteed
No weekends or holidays.
Occasional on call may be required
13-week contract to start

Requirements:

Home Health Physical Therapy experience with a Medicare certified agency
Proficient with Homecare Homebase EMR
OASIS experience
