Home Health Occupational Therapist

We are offering a full-time home health Occupational Therapist position based in Green River, WY.
•  Enjoy a competitive salary of $55-$65/hour, with an $80-$90 per visit rate and a $10/hour drive time bonus.
•  Provide patient-centered care without rushed sessions or tracked productivity, empowering therapists to meet individual patient needs.
•  Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills; develop treatment plans; support families; modify environments; install equipment for children; promote daily activity participation; aid pain relief exercises; review progress; and handle administrative tasks.
