Home Health Nurse

Team Select is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services, dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Private Duty Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and MUST HAVE TRACH EXPERIENCE.

This role requires a nurse who can not only meet the medical needs of the patient but also have trach experience. Strong attention to detail and compassionate care are essential.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care.
Pediatric Care Experience
Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising physician.
Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions.
G-Button Experience
Trach management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
Current CPR Certification
Must be able to work with a Trach
Strong Clinical Skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient home within the designated area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
