Pride Health is hiring for a Home Health - Occupational Therapist to support Home Care facility in San Ramon, CA. This is a 13 week contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.
Job Details:
- An Occupational Therapist (OT) helps patients develop, recover, or maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
- Responsibilities include evaluating patients' needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and using therapeutic techniques to promote independence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy (New Grads are welcome to apply)
- Home Health experience Preferred
- Willing to cover Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, Byron, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bethal Island, Bay Point
- Additional travel outside area may be required. Weekend coverage may be required.
- Productivity: At least 27 points per week (points described below). 36 hours Guarantee. Traveler must complete 30 points in the week.
