Clinical Manager RN

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
Have a least 2 years of nursing experience
Have at least one year of supervisory or manager level experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Home Health
Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of nursing care to our patient population
Participate in development of standards to ensure safe clinical care
Supervise, guide and develop nursing skills and performances
Participate in recruiting, hiring and evaluating nursing personnel
Responsible for orientation of new patient care personnel
Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures which meet Medicare, state and local laws
Assist in conducting patient care conferences and staff meetings
Participate in QAPI activities and meetings
Other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Services
