Pay: Starting at $50,000 per year (plus performance-based bonuses)

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, social workers, rehab centers, senior housing communities, and hospitals.
• Regularly visit healthcare facilities and community partners to promote our services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and referral quotas.
• Create and execute a marketing plan for your assigned territory.
• Track all outreach, lead development, and follow-ups in a CRM system.
• Represent Open Arms professionally at all times and serve as a key point of contact for the community.
• Educate potential clients and referral sources about services, payment options, and care coordination.
• Attend industry events, health fairs, and networking meetings to build awareness and generate referrals.

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in home care, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of referral dynamics and lead conversion.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field and manage a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM usage and lead tracking.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Local market knowledge of the Philadelphia and surrounding healthcare community.
• Existing professional relationships in healthcare referral networks.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a healthcare-related field.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
