Home Care Private Duty RN

Seeking Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive home care for pediatric clients with conditions like epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and feeding tubes.

•  Full-time or part-time overnight shifts (9pm-7am).

•  Responsibilities include planning, administering, and evaluating nursing care, medication, and treatments, documenting accurately, and communicating with the team.

•  Must have RN/LPN license in Minnesota, 1+ year healthcare experience, strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

•  Physical demands include client transfers and driving in various conditions. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required.
