Home Care Nurse

Team Select is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services, dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Private Duty Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and MUST HAVE TRACH/VENT EXPERIENCE.

This role requires a nurse who can meet the medical needs of the patient. The ideal candidate must have experience in trach and ventilator care management. Strong attention to detail and compassionate care are essential.

Schedule:

Two to Three overnight shifts

10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM -7 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care.
Pediatric Care Experience
Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising physician.
Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions.
Trach/Vent management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
Current CPR Certification
Must be able to work with Trach and Vent in home health setting
Strong Clinical Skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient home within the designated area.

Pay Rates:

RN $38-$40 hourly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
