Property ManagerSchedule: 8am-12pm (Part-Time) Key Responsibilities: - Board & Meeting Support
- Schedule and coordinate monthly and special board meetings with diverse board members.
- Draft and distribute agendas in advance of meetings.
- Accurately record, prepare, and distribute detailed meeting minutes in a timely manner.
- Track and follow up on action items resulting from meetings.
- Governance & Compliance
- Interpret and enforce HOA governing documents, including CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules.
- Ensure compliance with state statutes and association procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HOA regulations and legislative changes in Florida.
- Communication & Resident Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding community issues, violations, and concerns.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with homeowners, vendors, and board members.
- Draft and distribute community-wide communications as needed.
- Operations & Vendor Management
- Coordinate and oversee vendor contracts for maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, and pool services.
- Inspect common areas regularly to ensure standards are upheld.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance issues, service requests, and emergencies.
- oversee properties' staff and assess its performance; Oversee training, development and counsel staff to achieve proper performance
- Financial & Administrative
- Work in collaboration with the HOA's accounting team on budget monitoring, assessments, and payables.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports for board review.
- Manage document retention, including insurance records, contracts, and board resolutions.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a diverse board
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in community/property management, especially within an HOA or COA setting.
- Familiarity with Florida HOA laws and procedures.
- 2 Years of experience utilizing CAM (Community Association Manager) License.
- Experience managing large-scale associations or master-planned communities.
- Spanish Fluency is preferred
