Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: 110- 130 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

This role is perfect for someone who:
Holds a recognised HLTA qualification (essential)
Has strong experience working in a UK primary school
Is confident delivering lessons and supporting learning across year groups
Thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive learning environment
Is passionate about helping all pupils succeed, including those with SEN

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
Support the learning of pupils with diverse needs, including SEN
Work closely with teaching staff to enhance pupil outcomes
Contribute to a positive and engaging classroom environment

Key Requirements:
HLTA qualification (essential)
Proven experience working within a UK primary school setting
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
A good understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices
