Provide the DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC) operations support, including systems integration, systems administration, network administration, information assurance, facilities support, database administration, maintenance management and execution for the facility, hardware and software. Provide DSRC-specific requirements such as Helpdesk, Data Analysis and Assessment Center (DAAC), Above Secret Computing, service agency customer requirements, ongoing outreach, technology advancement for the DSRCs, such as software applications or systems support and development, data analysis, technology evaluation and program management support, such as financial data and reports and process management, procurement support, and inventory support. Primary Duties: Manage and responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $80M and above
Actively support the Program Manager with day-to-day management, risk identification and mitigation, resolve issues, develop innovations, maintain the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program
Provide clear technical vision and prioritization of all technical initiatives to ensure stabilization and continuous service improvement
Ensure implementation of decisions and actions resulting from customer/site feedback
Perform program management activities that include personnel management and accountability, requesting, monitoring, and approving travel, labor hours, costs, and ODCs
Monitor and control billing and invoicing
Attend meeting and briefs all levels of personnel, both Government and corporate, on important contract related topics
Review and approve contract deliverables, ensuring all are submitted according to schedule
Provide recommendations to the PM for programmatic requirements and ensure compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years oversight and guidance of all programmatic efforts across a large-size program (200+ FTEs)
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of management experience
Experience in managing project for the High Performance Computing (HPC) Modernization Program, commercial or federal experience with High Performance Computing is acceptable.
Experience and understanding of Cost Plus contracts and multiple lines of accounting structured contracts
Proven ability to prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail
Strong understanding of Corporate Cost Centers
Possess strong and effective communication skills, both written and oral
BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or Information Systems or other related discipline. Candidates with advanced degrees (e.g. Masters or PhD) or recognized industry certifications (e.g. PMI's PMP) may substitute 5 years' experience.
