Histotech Supervisor (1st shift 5a-1:30pm)
Location: SC
Salary: Up to $90,000 annually
Relocation Reimbursement: $5,000
Job Description:
- Supervise a team of histotechnologists and support staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the histology department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards
- Train and mentor staff on histology techniques and procedures
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- HTL (ASCP) certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in histology
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
