The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting an Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will step into the classroom, foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that lessons run smoothly in the absence of regular teaching staff. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced TA with Level 6 qualification or newly qualified ECT looking to build up their classroom experience. You will be predominatly supporting across KS2, providing both academic and pastoral support to pupils.

We work with a wide range of primary schools across Leeds and Bradford. We are looking for candidates who can support a diverse range of pupils and effectively communicate with pupils from a variety of backgrounds.

The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have experience working with Primary School aged children
  • Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects
  • Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children
