Are you a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next challenge?
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or higher
- Have proven experience teaching full classes and managing classroom behaviour
- Be confident in leading small group interventions to support children's learning
- Have a solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Be proactive in supporting the whole class, working alongside the class teacher to ensure a positive learning environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
