Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates the daily operation of the school's attendance program for students.
  • Works with the Assistant Principal to establish a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff.
  • Assists in establishing and administering the school's student discipline.
  • Helps to coordinate conferences with parents/guardians of students concerning discipline, attendance, and student behavior.
  • Assists Assistant Principal by answering questions and providing information for students, faculty and families.
  • Assists with parking privileges. This includes collecting parking funds; providing approved spaces for paid parking; monitoring the parking lot for any safety concerns.

    The usual methods of performing the job of Administrative Assistant may require the following physical demands:
