A well-established, surgeon-led oral and maxillofacial surgery group in New Hampshire is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious surgeon to step into a thriving multi-location practice with a clear path to partnership.
About the Practice:
- Large, multi-surgeon, multi-office private group practice
- Mainly dentoalveolar, with concentration on Full Arch and Implants
- Well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT, digital workflow, and anesthesia delivery systems
- Strong referral base with long-standing relationships with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists
- Experienced and highly trained clinical and administrative support staff

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
- Eligible for licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- A team player with strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Details:
450k Bases salary 30% bonus after 2 million. Most associates produce 2.5-3M their first year and 3-4 second year onward
