As a High Net Worth Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic, team-oriented environment dedicated to strengthening relationships with high net worth clients holding assets ranging from $250,000 to $1 million. This position is vital for enhancing customer loyalty and promoting business development opportunities.

The Expertise You Have - Series 7 required
- Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of prior financial services experience

The Value You Deliver - Engage with customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on products and services, while processing transactions including equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades.
- Efficiently resolve various client situations by owning the case management process: researching issues and communicating solutions effectively.
- Identify and uncover opportunities that will enhance clients' financial success, partnering with Financial Consultants for further discussions.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to address and resolve complex client requests.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to inform clients of resolutions or gather additional information necessary to complete requests.
