Compensation Details:
  • Store Manager: $27/hour + bonus (potential earnings exceeding $100K/year).
  • Assistant Manager: $23.7/hour + bonus (potential earnings over $75K/year).

Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (or Bachelor's degree with OPT status for H1B candidates).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of operational experience.
  • Some prior leadership experience is required.
  • Successful completion of an annual Cooking Test.
  • Willingness to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
ADA Statement: Duties may involve working in hot environments with steam and food vapors. Employees are expected to remain on their feet for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere, handling both hot and cold foods and utilizing kitchen equipment. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across countertops. Noise levels are typically high, and kitchen space is often limited.
